Easily one of my all time favorites. I prefer it over Jedi Academy, for the exact reason the article states. It was a great balance of shooter and lightsaber combat. It was an amazing game.

I agree. For me Academy didn't even come close.

same, Academy wasn't as good even though it made some changes to gameplay

Thought Academy was better. Just had better missions, better jedi feeling etc. Outcast was great in its own way. Whats crazy is that they have the exact same mechanics yet feel like different games entirely. But anyway, the later missions in Jedi academy are just great.

This one of my favorite games of all time. Also imo best Star Wars game ever.

I'm really surprised they didn't continue with this series or at the very least do a remaster or compilation... it's one of the best games I've ever played as well as the best Star wars game. unfortunately, I never got around to finishing Jedi academy as that one grew stale early on...I still have it somewhere in my hardrive so maybe I'll give it another shot.

Luxoflux Killed it with Vigilante 8 / Second Offense. Both were amazing for their time. Demolition was/is still nearly unplayable.
