New trailer from Tomb Raider Underworld

Eidos Moscow Summit has seen the release of a brand new trailer of the company's upcoming Tomb Raider Underworld, slated for a release this November.

but i must say the game looks good from this trailer!

its a bit similar to uncharted, but uncharted takes another direction the action and shooting direction while this game is pure adventure with little action!

i hope its not a DVD9 game!! at least they should use 2 DVD's for the 360 version and a full blue ray game "20-25GB" then this game will have much greater success!

but of course always the 360 is holding the ps3 back!!

Could you be any more of a fanboy...? First off, don't compare Uncharted to the Tomb Raider series. Secondly, what difference is it gonna make if the 360 version has 2 dvd's? If its a good game it will be successful regardless...

Personally, I'm looking forward to this game. I thought the Tomb Raider: Anniversary edition was pretty entertaining. I'm sure this game wont break any records for graphic design or original gameplay, but It will probably be entertaining nonetheless.

if u will get a game what will be better if the game was 2 DVD's or 1 DVD?? 2>1 which means more content and when i said i hope they will use 2 DVDs i meant that it should be a real next gen game, because 90% of games that fit in one DVD means only last gen games with improved graphics and thats a fact with 90% of games out there!!

Your right with your Uncharted over Tomb Raider comment. Uncharted took the good from the series and created an outstanding game. After the first two or so Tomb Raiders Eidos has been slapping the game together hoping to sell off of name recogntion.

I must say, this trailer does look nice though. Anything over a 7.5 is a buy for me.

Hey dont worry abt disc space of 360 now, actually Naughty dog's move of using compressed texture and directly feeding it to cache via a powerful decompressor engine has made possible for devs maxinmum on PS3 but this technology is now also being used for 360 so decompressed textures environments means less size. Now not only texture other data are also used by this technology.

Yes if you think Resistance 2 looks real good and Gears 2 environment are now 50 times larger than Gears1 without any frame hiccups and still looks better than last one or even why is Tomb Raider underworld looking so much better than last one. This is the reason. So the above games are shcoking you then be ready to see more of these. This is the starting of next gen.

this game looks way more impressive than uncharted ever did. better textures, lighting, frame-rate. that must have been the 360 version in the video.

actually i saw a video of a guy using xbox 360 when playing tomb raider and i wasnt that impressed with the graphic. PS3 might spice it up.

Yep played them all too. Will be playing this one as well. I played Uncharted too and I liked it. It is really not that much like a TR game though the puzzles were easy compared to what TR usually are.

I don't understand some people here, they try to underestimate tomb raider because it is similar to uncharted.I admit that uncharted is better, but it doesn't give the right to hate the game.I am looking forward to this game. be a gamer not hater.

why compare it with uncharted. uncharted was a shooter more than anything else. Tomb raider is about run and jump and puzzels. get over it and enjoy both of them.

Uncharted and tombraider are two very different games. I prefer tombraider though as Uncharted was all shooting and very little exploring.. was a bit dull after a while.

What is wrong with the graphics animations look so bad, you can tell it's kind of mo-caped, but they look kind of rough like there is something wrong with the graphics engine.

This game is not worthy of the Tomb Raider name. Non of the sequals have been, especially since they switched dev's. The Crystal Dynamics games suck salty monkey balls!

Kinda lost my faith with recent outings, but this one looks really good. Have seen a few HD Tomb Raider - Underworld actual in-game videos and a higher resolution vid sure would give this trailer more justice.

Hell yeah it looks better than Gears 2, it looks better than Mass Effect, it looks better than Force Unleased, it looks way better than Uncharted, it looks better than Resistance 2, and its miles ahead of Killzone2.
Yeah Eidos should pay me.
