New Windows Live 70% Faster - Coming Soon

Microsoft has launched a Windows Live Hotmail Coming Soon homepage where the company offers a few details on what updates the new service will be getting with the rollout of Windows Live Wave 3. Most importantly, Microsoft makes an impressive claim for speed increases with the next release of Windows Live Hotmail....

Based on Microsoft tests performed July 2008, Hotmail showed up to 70 percent greater speed for the following transactions over broadband connections: sign in, view e-mail, open e-mail. On narrowband connections, the tests showed up to 56 percent greater speed for the same transactions.

i'd rephrase that into 70% less slow ....
i'll more impressed if they iron the kinks of their messenger ... especially stupid bugs/features that werent around in older versions . Like getting kicked of a conversation if inactive for a set time , or the amount of memory their latest versions use so far.

......and i must say im REALLY impressed.
Ususally im also installing MESSENGER PLUS becaus it has much more functions......but this time i dont need it (OK i have to say that there is no MESSENGER PLUS for the BETA right now available but when its FINAL then i will test it)

So...the new LIVE MESSENGER is REALLY great.
They updated the look of it and gave it some really awesome features.
I recommend everyone to try it...i dont want to switch back......FOR SURE!!! :-D

Gonna wait until the final version, then new MSN doesn't take that much memory tbh and sometimes the current hotmail is kinda slow at times which is annoying so at least they are improving it.

really ?? it only get worse (just tried that beta) .

I launch it and now not only do i still get a 40-50 mb of memory use , but i also get an additional wlcomm.exe adding 20-25 mb to the mix .

I like the interface for once ( was anti live and pro msn 7.5) but dear lord , optimize the damn memory usage !!

Review - Heading Out (PC) | WayTooManyGames

WTMG's Kyle Nicol: "Heading Out combines genres and styles which might sound incompatible at first glance, but did so in a very interesting manner, resulting in a truly unique roguelike experience. I, for one, really liked the presentation as well, with its slick visuals and soundtrack. It’s not entirely perfect, as the driving could have been more polished, and the pop-in glitches really took me out of the experience at times. That being said, it’s a game unlike any other out there, which wlll definitely keep you engaged through a good few runs."

I remember the same thing in Assassin's Creed Odyssey, Ubisoft sure love to copy paste stuff in their games.
