Not really. I mean sure some Indies will stink but the more you have the more quality titles you can have as well. Plus it's great they the little guys can get some support to fund their bigger titles in the future.
As long as you have decent quality controls, no. But I wouldn't want PSN flooded with games like life of black tiger.
Yes. Without quality control indie gems can be lost in a sea of shit. A good example is mobile, have you ever sifted through the App Store? I have and I don't even bother anymore.
