It was rumored by VGLeaks...it was nobody's fault but your own if you believed that.

That leak was a FF fan's wish, and although it would certainly have been popular of SE to go all out, financially, it would be stupid to blow years worth of strategy and potential releases in a single year. We'll see the same trickle of FF remasters and re-releases that we have been for years now, no more and probably no less.

I'm actually relieved with the Summer release simply because this Spring is already swamped with massive time sinks -Mass Effect, Breath of the Wild, Horizon, and Persona 5 to name a few. But believe me, I feel your excitement and can't wait to play this!

What a disappointing reveal. I really didn't expect a release date for FFVII remake but at least they could have give us another trailer with Tifa and 7th Heaven. Instead we got an art piece. All that hype for a whimper.

I was only interested in FF7 Remake...they had nothing interesting. FAIL Square Enix! Square Enix and Capcom have just been disappointing lately..especially Capcom.
