Nikolay Aulov has been working on a standalone total conversion modification that brings the classic Half-Life: Blue Shift game to the Source Engine. And while there is no ETA on when this mod will get finished, the modder has just released a beta version of it.
DSOGaming writes: "Modder ‘JASONakaBOURNE’ has released a brand new version of his Counter-Strike: Condition Zero remake in the Source Engine. This new beta version adds human gibs (when you do a blast damage to the bot or player ragdoll), spark shower effects (when you hit only metal surface) and blood squirting particles to the ragdoll’s of all classes of Terrorist’s Team."
While there is Counter-Strike: Global Offensive available to everyone, a lot of players believe that Counter-Strike 1.6 is the best version of the game. One of them is most probably modder ‘JASONakaBOURNE’ who is currently working on porting Counter-Strike 1.6 to the Source Engine.
