They have no control with the delays it takes to send the updates through Sony to verify, whereas on their own launcher on PC they send updates whenever they want. It's not their fault for the lack of crossplay, besides, I'd not want to play with any shitty console players when Keyboard and Mouse are best for a fast-paced game like Warframe.

Good point about the update cycles... The PC version is always like one update ahead, and by a good amount.

I think they got the endo and relic systems like a month or two before consoles.

"I'd not want to play with any shitty console players when Keyboard and Mouse are best for a fast-paced game like Warframe." I bet you're a lot of fun.

@Ravenor - Sorry, what was that? You didn't disprove what I said about Console/Controller-users? I'm not sorry if I hurt your petty feelings, but it's the truth, and truth doesn't care about your feelings. You don't see CSGO players use controllers for a reason, just as you would see that players in most Shooting games use Mice and keyboards at tournaments, not Controllers - due to the precision.

Me saying I'd rather play with people who have superior precision and without a Handicap has no relevance to whether or not I am 'inherently a lot of fun'. - Especially since you only make such a knee-jerk reaction because of "M-MUH FEELINNNNGSS" Grow up.

Warframe is awesome but with crossplay would be perfect.

then people need to start petitioning for one of the hardware makers to green light it. they say it's because of the delays in updates but in reality it's political as well.

It's not exactly a huge shock really. Although crossplay is finally becoming more mainstream, actually getting out there, it's something that will take its time to be featured in a large number of releases.
