I don't think so, because Hideo Kojima always has big plans. I think he will do an even bigger game after Death Stranding. He always aims at the stars and far beyond, doesn't he? Although I'm not really into his games I admire his everlasting endurance and determination to create big things.
I dont see why he would go back to working under a publisher. He has already made a name for himself and surely has the funding to do what he wants.
