Stuck on whether to buy Titanfall 2 or Battlefield 1? Well, why not both?

I bought both, played both off and online....but VASTLY different games.
I like them both and don't regret getting them. But for the gamers who can't get both. Go with what you want most. Like both equally? Flip a coin....reseach and choose...there is a ton of gameplay and impression videos. Plus both had free betas....both are pretty mucheap the same as the betas...both play better than their betas but you pretty much have the same game so that alone should help you choose.

Titanfall 2...BF1 is terrible, u can go 10 min or more without findinf anyone and takes another 10min to spawn. Im also not a fan of BF1 huge Texas sized maps and campers sniping from a country mile away and TDM is just nasty to play on BF. TDM is just excellent on Titanfall 2. Im glad i got Titanfall 2. Since this years COD is nasty. Titanfall will do.

Battlefield and titanfall 2 for me. Was going to get battlefield and COD:IW but after its beta I think I'll definitely pass. While reading amazing reviews for titanfall 2 I've decided I'm going to have to get it now.

In Canada games are 90 dollars (after taxes), I'm waiting for sales and I got too much backlog already.

May be a long wait, as the EA partner publishing this is a bit weird. Titanfall 2 didn't get the usual 10% discount or early access.

Same thing happened with the first Titanfall and that did eventually make it to the vault, but you won't see 2 in there too soon...

Also, I got a ton of games that I want to finish in my collection.

Another thing is that, it is not worth getting games day 1. 2-3 months after it's released you can get it $10-$20 cheaper.

I'm not saying everyone should wait. It's just what I do now. All throught PS1-PS3 I purchased most of my games day1. So I spent enough money to support them. Now that I have a morgage and kids I need to save money on games.

The good thing about this is that they are vastly different games from different era's and play styles. Here you have a huge open war experience with vehicles that takes place in ww1 vs a futuristic mech/pilot game that has smaller maps but a fantastic traversal system. If you get tired of one you will always have a different experience with the other. That comment can't be said when comparing tf2 and cod for example.

In return I'll share a suggestion that writing a article advising which choice would suite a certain profile of gamer may of been a more logical piece to write.

Coughing up that much money to press right trigger to fire across two of the same genre, and get tea bagged after getting shot through the eye doesn't feel doubly satisfying as an idea.

Your last paragraph... The 2 games are actually vastly different in pace, strategy, and feel.

It's Titanfall vs COD that should be held against each other, and Titanfall is the one everybody should choose (but sadly COD will smash it)

Titanfall 2 will have all the DLC maps and modes added for free. Battlefield still has the Premium which will split up the community.

Battlefield 1 is a game that interests me more, but the Premium keeps me from buying it. Will probably pick up BF1 next year when there' s a good deal on the complete package, assuming people will still be playing the game of course...

MONEY! is why not both.....1 game with season pass is roughly 100$ (To Much for a video game in the first place)
