What is best in life? If your answer is "To crush your enemies, to see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentations of their women," then Funcom has just the right game for you. That quote, of course, is from the 1982 film "Conan the Barbarian," which starred a pre-political Arnold Schwarzenegger and was the first taste many in the general public had of the world's most famous Cimmerian. The character was actually created all the way back in 1932 by one Robert Howard, appearing in a number of pulp stories in Weird Tales magazine and in several comic books. He's also been in a number of video games, none of which were particularly good. That may all change with the release of Age of Conan, one of the first MMORPGs slated for release on the Xbox 360. TeamXbox recently had a chance to check out the PC version of the game at the 2007 Consumer Electronic Show, and it looks like it's shaping up nicely.
It's another Birthday for a successful MMO, this time Age of Conan.
Funcom has released an update for free-to-play Hyborean RPG Age of Conan. This update adds Facebook integration to the game, allowing users to post certain achievements and screenshots directly to their Facebook accounts.
