@ucf- completely agreed that knowledge has not Fallen upon deaf ears to Consumers that is definitely something that worries me I'll still pay close attention to it but I'm definitely pessimistic.

@butch- I think he only means in regards to Consumer expectation in regards to Quality by the way that 1.5 million sold is not going to mean very much if they seriously get sued.

People contacted him to give support and offer any help and Sony was one of those companies.
What have you made, or done in your life besides try and be a negative nelly?
Now this person has a financial backing and will probably get a team to help bring his vision to life and quite possibly a career in gaming.

Sony is so awesome! They recognize talent when they see it and when I first saw this game I thought it looked great. Maybe if it does well Sony can offer him a FT job and build a brand new first party studio around him.
