Gamnesia writes: Pokémon Sun and Moon are set to launch on Nintendo 3DS in less than a month, and they'll be shaking up some major conventions of the series when they do.
Even if the eShop has now closed down, the best 3DS games are still worth playing — in any way you can get your hands on them.
Pokémon’s shift to 3D was a big mistake, as the series’ roots in 2D design make it difficult to transfer important game mechanics into a 3D overworld.
why do other games pull off 3D monster collecting JRPG games just fine? Look at Jade Cocoon and Shin Megami Tensei for examples.
Pokemon Sun and Moon introduced Ultra Beasts, which are a gang of otherworldly Pokemon that resemble a few invasive species from the real world.
That's a major change
Wow what? That's huge. Seems like maybe it's going to be a mix between the classic Pokemon games and Pokemon games like Gale of Darkness. I welcome that to be honest. It'll be a nice change of pace.
I mean.... i'm glad HM's are gone. Maybe this time there won't be a need for HM moves in general because HM slavery sucks big time for me.
Gyms however....uhmm....u wot?
Thank god no more pokemon slaves for hm
Ok...I'm officially intrigued.
