As a non fan of mobas can someone explain to me why battleborn was slaughtered yet overwatch was praised?? To me they both look exactly the same 😐

They are completely different games. One is FPS with lots of MOBA like elements (Battleborn) and Overwatch is a class based shooter like Team Fortress 2.

Overwatch is simpler, however, I had a much better time playing Battleborn. The fact that one was destroyed over the other makes no sense to me at all.
They both should have had good followings. The only similarities between both games are that both have hero characters. In my opinion, Battleborn was a better game. But the love for Blizzard is insane. The jokes on them, though, just like No Mans Sky they got a game that should have been free, not paid for. There are limited maps and modes, no single player... the list goes on and on. Essentially all these millions of players are beta testing the game as Blizzard adds "features".

Battleborn had a clearer vision, with multiple ways to change and enhance your character. It has a solo game and various modes with multiple goals.

Before reading the article I'm going to guess, DriveClub, Watch Dogs, The Order: 1886, No Man's Sky, Street Fighter V and Battlefront all made the list.

DriveClub isn't on the list, but it probably should have been. I'm sure if you dig hard enough you could find even a few more disappointing game that were worse then some of these.

Destiny is gearing up for its third year of relevancy and still has a big player base. Not many games get to do that. So yeah, no Destiny makes perfect sense to me.

The Paranormal Activity movie is on it's 5th movie as well but that doesn't excuse it from being a bad movie series. The majority of gamers were disappointed well after release but a majority still hold hope of it being the game that promised at it's first reveal after more updates. Quality shouldn't be measured by sales alone or the recent Call Of Duty titles would be best games ever created.

Halo 5 has arguably the best MP this gen, so I wouldn't say it should be there. I still haven't played mgs5 yet so I can't say anything there

I enjoy overwatch as well, I just feel overwatch is too light on content. I find myself playing 3-4 games max at a time with that game. One of my kids loves it a lot and plays it all the time, the other kid loves halo 5 and plays nothing but. Me I play a lot of destiny and a wide variety of games (I have 165 games downloaded on my Xbox and 8 on my ps4) that's the beauty tho, everyone can enjoy totally different games and have a blast

Opinions vary. There were people who actually liked the campaign. Most people who didn't like the campaign, never even played the campaign. The multiplayer is till one of the best this generation.

halo 5 is one of those games that you play campaign once and forget about it till the next halo game.

Halo 5 has the best multiplayer of all the halos...so how exactly would it be on the list?
Story wasn't great but it wasn't horrendous either.

Nah, despite MGSV not being a good Metal Gear, it was still a great game. Personally can't say I was disappointed.

Dragon age inquisition

dragon age inquistion is one of the best rpg this gen. I mean all the lore, the whole story, and all characters come full circle. Have you beat all the dragon age games or this one?

Yes I played the other dragon age games and my favorite was the second one. Varric Merrill fenris just a few of the most memorable characters in any rpg I've played. The outside of combat dialogue between them was amazing. To me inquisition felt like its characters were fake. Many aspects just seemed tacked on and varric is nowhere near as interesting as in the second game. The overall plot seemed very forgetful in comparison to the other 2 games as well. Can't even remember the ending.

Uncharted 4 was to me the least uncharted like game of all of them and the brother character I didn't really care for. Just didn't hit me like the first and second game. So yea, to me a disappointment. Also the game play... Those constant barrage of nades and waves of enemies. Seemed less thought out then the other games.

Tony Hawk Pro Skater 5 was bad from the beginning. I knew it would fail when they showed the trailer.

I heard the psychical game disc only included the tutorial and you had to go online just to get the full game.

Good List even though I do like some of those games but where is Destiny and The Division, they both pulled a no mans sky if you watch all the interviews and trailers for the games but get little backlash. Also Ryse son of rome and driveclub should have made the list also. Its alot more games that have let me down this gen but this gen as a whole is my least favorite for lots of reasons.

I dont think batman should be on the list at all but thats just me. I also like battleborn from what I have played which is not much but I got it thru the humble bundle and its not utter garbage like I thought it was from the beta.
