Eric Neustadter, former Architect and Operations Manager at Xbox Live has joined The Pokemon Company as Vice President of Technology
To kick off the Pokemon World Champions in San Francisco, Pokemon Company revealed a small trailer officially showcasing four new Pokemon for Pokemon Sun & Moon.
Those are as terrible as the last few games, their designers must be taking some kind of modern psychedelica.
I think they're whimsical for sure, and a little strange - but they absolutely nail that Alola/ Hawaii feel
How do they absolutely nail the Hawaii feel?
It's just a sand castle which could represent any beach with nothing region specific about its design.
Also a stuffed animal and a crab. We've seen crabs before.
@ShinMaster: I was referring to the whole set - not just the four. A flamethrower Marowak, the crawfish Wimpod, that lei pokemon, the various forms of Oricorio, etc. Not to mention the characters in the game are mirroring the vibes. Granted, this is just my opinion.
They're certainly going in a different direction for sure - and the different forms are totally a game changer
That's totally cool - because we are allowed to have different opinions. But it's a bummer you don't like them

There's some highs and lows - I loved Gen 4's new evolutions like Mamoswine, Yanmega, etc. Those designs were top notch!
my bad i haven't played gen 4 i stopped at emerald,that's diamond and platinum?
@Movefasta1993 Yup Diamond/Pearl/Platinum is gen 4. I've also been a fan since 1998 when it came to the states, so it's not too difficult for me to enjoy it
so they made a Teddy Bear and a Sandcastle as new pokemon, like really come on nintendo get with the program. in the mean time im going to play Pokemon uranium Which is awesome and how a pokemon game should be.

The Pokemon Company has released another Pokemon Sun and Moon trailer today! The trailer is somewhat twisted. in that it forces you to experience life through the perspective of a young Asian boy, as he plays pokemon and interacts with his family. Creepy right, hang tight it gets even stranger.
