Memo to Avalanche Studios - Fix 'Just Cause 3'

Seven months later - the game is still hilariously broken. Avalanche should really get on with fixing it.

I love the series, really tried to like JC3, but come on, what are these controls? Never played any AAA game with such unresponsiveness and ultra heavy feel to the controls. Otherwise, could be good.
In the end, they tried to make Mad Max and JC3 at the same time, surely made buckets of millions, but delivered one decent ultrarepetitive game (MM) and one visibly underdeveloped (JC3)...

Just Cause 3 is crap. Didn't even finish it. Gave up.
Mad Max, not being perfect, is a better game.

Mad Max was an AWESOME game. Easily my 2015 GOTY.

Though both games were made by different studios. Mad Max was made by their Swedish studio and JC3 was made by the American team I believe.

The teams could be cooperating, as most top tier companies do. They went the cash cow way.

About Mad Max, I loved the game while there was anything new happening. They didn't even bother in coming with a decent design for the game progression after the first hours. Ick.

Same here. Finished a good bit of areas in the game, but just stopped playing the game. If it can just run smooth one day I can get back into it. I just don't think its going to happen.

Loved JC2, LOVED it. Too bad they took the personality out of the game in JC3, because the mechanics I thought were very solid.

Avalanche studios are the opposite of cd project red. They could have released patches quickly to fix mad max and just cause 3, but they simply refuse to speak with us the gamers about issues in their games

The framerate in Just Cause 3 really is atrocious. Considering some of us have paid money for the DLC, and the last chunk of DLC is still to be released, it would be the decent thing to do (and ... some of us won't buy any more games from them otherwise) - especially since the last patch worsened the framerate.

if its true they are already working on just cause 4 im very sad indeed. JUST FIX THE GAME. paid full price on ps4 and it ridiculous cant play for more then an hour without getting sick of the framerate......its not even just in the action, you cant keep 30 fps just flying around in the wingsuit. I know ill personally never buy a just cause game again which is sad because i thought very highly of the series after playing just cause 2.

Cant even trade this game in because its practically worthless already :(
This is the one game thats made me really feel like i got ripped off this cycle so far.

From what I hear there is a pretty good game in there, but they've just thrown it to side and hung those who coughed up the money out to dry. I will buy it when they fix it though, JC 2 was great!

On one side, you have devs like Avalanche who stop releasing patches for a game barely playable a month after its release and on the other side, you have devs like CDPR who, more than a year after the initial release, are still improving both the gameplay and performance of their game.

Really loved JC2, but glad I held out buying JC3. Hope Avalanche patches it before releasing the GOTY edition.

Maybe it's just me but there's something fundamentally...missing...from Just Cause 3. Despite it having a lot of the same qualities as the 2nd and more stuff added it feels a lot more empty and just not as fun over all.

Where I've spent days worth of time on the 2nd one I've got like 20 hours in the 3rd before I just stopped giving a good goddamn.
