"The fantasy of being a 17th-ish-century pirate is cobbled together with wide-open seas and the freedom to do whatever you wish. The historical reality involves significantly more menial labor and being gibbeted by the authorities. Fortunately, Sea of Thieves isn't much concerned with historical accuracy. Rare's upcoming online piracy (not that kind) simulator is looking to take your Pirates of the Caribbean and Treasure Island daydreams and translate them directly onto Xbox One and PC, presenting players with a vast ocean full of riches to claim and - most importantly - fellow buccaneers to befriend or betray."
Last month’s most downloaded games chart features newcomers and old favorites alike.
A sign that xbox will become 3rd party in the future since there games sell better on playstation
Love to see Stellar blade selling well. 2nd only to helldivers 2 in the US. Currently going for that platinum.
Where the F is Rebirth?! I wonder if people just don't know it's the sequel to remake. It is too good to be overlooked.
`Court writes, "Sea of Thieves can be whatever the player wants, which is part of the game's magic."
Even after six years, Sea Of Thieves remains a great time with friends, and now, with the PlayStation 5 port, even more friends can join in the hilariously fun high sea adventures.
This game really looks amazing. Will make such a welcome change from more serious shooters. A proper social pirate game. Sharing weapons, ship battles, everyone having their own roles in the crew, exploration, combat etc.
Cant wait!
If it wasn't so social heavy I'd be interested but it seems they are doing a Ubisoft and focusing on social play where shown off social interactions acted out won't really happen in reality
They need to show it can survive as a single player game....you know what Rare are known and loved for
LOL, that E3 game play live commentary. Also this looks like a wii game.
