The veritably ancient and well-respected sci-fi MMORPG Anarchy Online is celebrating its 15th anniversary today. To commemorate the occasion, Funcom is releasing a slew of new content and features for its truly stalwart player base. (And hopefully a few newcomers.)

That's right, Funcom finally pushes the classic MMO onto Steam. It's been a long time coming.
One of the most iconic MMORPGs has finally come to Steam. Anarchy Online, often referred to as the first sci-fi MMORPG, was originally released in 2001. As a game, its witnessed the changing landscape of MMOs.
I remember that it had a really cool character creation tool. You could morph it however you wanted. I made big bloated grunt, and no one ever wanted to party with me....
