From GameWatcher: "RuneScape has been one of those timeless games that will forever be played during ICT lessons at school. Can you believe it’s been fifteen years since the game launched back in 2001? The fact that the game is still running and being supported even now is seriously impressive. The three founders of the original RuneScape – Andrew, Paul and Ian Gower are coming back to the world they created to introduce a brand new quest."
Jagex has launched a limited-time Easter-themed update for RuneScape players, inviting them to explore the charming Blooming Burrow.
And did you know Jagex is valued at up to $1.25 billion?
You can guess how this is going...
Modern gaming, but dw they'll listen to the community.
Subscription model with a battle pass, gtfo.
People should stop playing it to boycott it, the game isn't even that good so that shouldn't be too hard.
I have a mate who snuck into someone else's house while they were at school and played this all damn day for a week solid. I wish I was kidding but both sets of parents had no clue, such a stealthy bugger.
Shame they let this game go to the dogs by trying to emulate World of Warcraft
