Injustice 2 Is NOT Headed to the PC. But We Already Saw That Coming, Right?

Look at that, WB Games and Netherrealm has officially announced Injustice 2. Oh, it's not coming to the PC? Well, that doesn't surprise me none.

The 2 games are completely different. I would much prefer playing Injustice over Warhammer.

Seems not a lot pc gamers bought MK9 and X ..if only 10-15% of the gamers buy the pc version instead of the console ones, it is no wonder that porting does not make a lot of sense.

iNcRiMiNaTi2910d ago

If they did a better port there would've been better sales. MK9 and MKX were horrible ports at launch and they did get a little better and Arkham Knight was a disaster. It took them almost a year to get Arkham Knight to be playable even on a system with a 980Ti/Titan X. That's more likely the reason they're not doing a PC port, they suck at it so instead of getting backlash again they're just gonna avoid it altogether

Lon3wolf2910d ago

If they released a proper working version of their games on PC then they might sell, WB messed up Mk and Batman AK (odd since the other Bat titles were great on PC).

Pullmywaffle2910d ago

Actually Arkham City had DX11 broken for several months after release. What it boils down to is rocksteady having little to no knowledge of how to create a decent PC port, or pass their code onto another team and have them decipher their garbage.

Vits2910d ago

Mortal Kombat 9 sold almost one million on the PC platform, while Mortal Kombat X sold more than half million despite been released completely broken, requiring 15GBs patch only to become barely playable (online mode still broken).

s45gr322910d ago

WoW! Even EA (worst company in America) still makes games for PC, despite PC gamers forced them to change Sim City. WB games refuses to accept that their PC versions of their games were horrible. Instead of making amends with PC gamers; this company punishes PC gamers for not buying their crappy PC port.

Pullmywaffle2910d ago

Good, we don't want anymore half-assed attempts to port a game and charge full price for something broken. Keep that Netherrealm garbage on consoles.

Yup.
Because Warner Bros doesn't give shit about PC users.

Great month, looking forward to Hot Wheels, I really love some good old arcade racing

darthv72609d ago

Heck yeah... love me some hot wheels

CobraKai609d ago

It’s fantastic. I paid full price and it’s worth it

LG_Fox_Brazil609d ago

Of course, these subscriptions cost money, you know?

MrVux000608d ago

Something inherently wrong with that?

Crows90608d ago (Edited 608d ago )

Yeah. Ps plus gives you value for your money. Unlike a different subscription that just takes your money. Hence why Sony where the first at every turn to give what players want or appear to be interested in. Free monthly games...check. subscription service with games ...check. And as always Microsoft goes in to do the same but constantly fails at giving good value. Games with gold has sucked the majority of it's existence. Gamepass is more expensive than ps plus extra and it doesn't give you online or monthly games. Ultimate is the most expensive service and yet it has less high rated games on its service than ps extra.

So yes. We should always judge these services for the value they give.

Mobis-New-Nest609d ago

Hopefully they have God of War Ragnarok, Modern Warfare 2 Remake and Last of Us Remake for December 2022. This selection is down right depressing 😞

FinalFantasyFanatic608d ago

Yeah, nah, they're not going to give us Ragnarok when it's practically just come out, they know they can still make alot of money off that one for another 6 or so months, probably the same with the Last of Us Remake.

Crows90608d ago (Edited 608d ago )

Oh so you want all of the games for pennies. You think that would help the devs much? Gaming isn't a charity business.

another good line-up. Hot Wheels looks interesting. Never played it.
Still hooked in Need for Speed Heat (this month's PS Plus free game)

darthv72609d ago

This just reminded me to nab NFS before it was yanked. Thanks for that.

lucian229609d ago

Looks like another good month. Really was happy with gran blue fantasy last in the current month.

MIDGETonSTILTS17609d ago

I’m so glad I didn’t buy this on sale, albeit now I have to get the dlc

CobraKai609d ago (Edited 609d ago )

I didn’t know Superhot was a non-vr game too.

Mr Logic609d ago

For those that read this, keep in mind that Superhot was a flat game that was later made into VR. It wasn't a VR game that was ported for more sales. Both are worth playing as the levels and scenarios are different in both versions.

The article states Tekken 7 might be the best fighter currently available on Xbox, but leaves out important information that it never takes advantage of the Xbox hardware. It never got any kind of patch/boost/upgrade for the more powerful Xbox consoles, meaning it still runs at 720p I believe, resulting in a very blurry look.

Truly wish more devs would respect their products and customers enough to address issues such as these.
