FarCry2 Live map editor x360 demo over 20 mins

Ubisoft have updated their blow with a new 20 minute video of live x360 map editor footage! In the video we get to see how a full Far Cry2 map is built in 15 minutes with the brilliant map editor.

Since Kimi had to hold up the camera all the time to shoot the footage it might be a bit shaky now and then.

Thats the xbox 360 editor, try watching the video before attempting to wright the story.

Edit: Is it me or the girl introducing in the begining looks like the one from mirror's edge game.

Edit#2. I think its pc editor when you see in the begining he starts by going to taskbar.

Does it matter what platform it is? They all have the same map editor.

Can someone help me here though, I was under the impression FC2 had no multiplayer, is that correct? As I cant understand the use of a map editor when you have no multiplayer. Am I missing something? Help would be appreciated.

Near the last five mins of the video he says there 4 game modes:
Deathmatch
Team Deathmatch
Capture The Dimond
And dome other one didnt quite hear him

Hm im pretty sure there is multiplayer in this, the producer mentioned about fighting your mates over xbox live/ psn with custom made maps...

so i would assume that there would be multiplayer

It's the 360 version, just as the camera moves onto the screen you can see the classic Blades, and also in the menu of the map editor you can see to jump into the game you push BACK

it looks fantastic!

@sixaxis, im sure it will be the same on the ps3 version, Ohh i bet ye theres gonna be tons of Graphic comparisons on this! :/ oh boy

halo 3 brought a variation of this, UT3 brought in mods and new maps, far cry 2 expanded on what halo 3 did, and littlebigplanet looks to bring it in 2d form. these are games that are gonna be played for a long time because the editors bring in tons of replay value and gives a good reason to buy the game.

cant wait for FC2 and LBP! i can see it now, classic mario maps remade in lbp and maps from other fps's in fc2
