Battlefleet Gothic Armada feels pretty unique to play. It’s certainly unusual to see a space-based RTS any more, let alone one in a 2D plane. It’s pretty much unheard of to see this kind of game in a naval-style setting, where the ships are huge, multi-kilometre long vessels, with slow, laborious turn-speeds and huge, bristling broadsides of weaponry.
