While the Redeem Team has won its gold medal and is celebrating its accomplishment on the world stage, both the team and its fans are gearing up for their next challenge: the upcoming basketball season. Every team has something to prove, whether that's improving on their performance from last year or, in the case of the Celtics, that the clock hasn't struck twelve yet on their Cinderella season. While there's still a number of weeks to go before the first tip off, Sony's been hard at work on the latest installment in its long-running basketball franchise. IGN got their hands on a preview build for the game to see exactly what Sony's bringing to the court.

Would Crispy Gamer play this game for more than an hour? No.
Why? They don't have the head for technically sound, five-person basketball. They would rather just push people over and put up massive dunks.
With a token nod to the role-playing as athlete mode most sports titles are including these days, The Inside's version, "The Life," is shallow and lifeless and, thus, not worth living through.

Looks promising but the graphics are lackluster but what can u do..
i think 09 will look good hopefully. the shot system is the best and i herd NBA 09 is going to have a story like working your way up to the NBA from scratch. it sounds cool. not the best graphics though.
