Nice to see Atari 5200 games included. I think this is the first time they've been officially added to a game compilation. I'm nostalgic for the 5200 because I owned it in the 80's. It's true that the controls sucked and broke a lot, but the games themselves were pretty awesome for the time. Games like Berzerk and Real Sports Baseball used voice flawlessly. Which seems quaint nowadays but back then it was pretty amazing to have a game feature voice.

I hope they add more 5200 games like... Jungle Hunt, Pac-Man, Blue Print, Miner 2049er, Megamania, Defender, Vanguard, Wizard of Wor, Robotron 2048 and especially Mountain King. My favorite game on the system. The 5200 was great at doing Arcade ports. The only footage I have of my original 5200 system and games is from this old VHS video and I had taken it out of the closet at the time just to video tape it for this moment...

Atari Vault - PC Review | Chalgyr's Game Room

Chalgyr's Game Room writes:

This is a very large and generally well done collection of classic Atari games. Certainly not every great title shows up here, but more than enough to bring out the nostalgia in almost any old gamer. A few tweaks here and there could have improved things, but the overall offering is both solid and generally enjoyable.
