I always wondered why xbox had multiple leaders with similar titles like Phil Spencer, Matt Booty, and Sarah Bond, like, how many heads do you actually need?

Interesting to see Microsoft more successful than Sony. Maybe focusing on PC as well as Xbox was the right call. This gap will only become bigger as Microsoft brings more 1st party games to PC and expands it gaming division's reach to its hundreds of millions of Windows 10 users.
