Five Things Players Want From Destiny 2 | Fanatical Five

Since we know that Destiny 2 will be eventually coming, here’s a compiled list of our five most wanted features in Destiny’s follow-up. Give us matchmaking for raids and a deeper world that isn't split up by countless loading times and i'll consider getting it.

A full game on launch at no extra cost?

I put in a lot of hours into Destiny, the gun play is smooth, the menus are clean, it's easy to figure out. Yeh it had a crap story, terrible loading times, and no match making for raids as some of you said ..but the worst thing for me, I never felt I was in "space." Gaming has come a long way in terms of technical achievements, but that sense of wonder has been lost. Maybe my bar has just gotten higher as I've gotten older, but I want to be amazed ..I want to be curious, and its been a long time since a game has done that for me.

Destiny 2's Raids Are The Pinnacle Of Teamwork In Video Games

Whether it's entering a zen state during DPS or the rush of dopamine on its completion, Destiny 2's Raids excels in multiplayer teamwork.

The raids are one of the reasons I quit Destiny. You stand in a circle and shoot at a triangle on a wall, have to restart a half dozen times, and then hope the random reward blesses you. Then you realize you aren’t’ having fun but instead are doing a lot of work for nothing. Back when Destiny was at its peak population, trophy data showed that less than 5% of players ran the raid.
