GamesRadar:
It's a good time to be a Resident Evil diehard. RE HD terrified you in 2015, Resident Evil 0 HD just dropped, and Resident Evil 2 HD is currently in development. But even if you've fought back against hordes of zombies, freakish Bio Organic Weapons, and the dastardly plots of Albert Wesker and co., there's a large swath of RE/Biohazard games you probably weren't aware existed at all. Just as we did for another storied Capcom series, Street Fighter, we'd like to take you through the farthest reaches of RE spinoff territory and unearth some of the franchise's wildest, most unknown entries. Maybe you missed them the first time - or more likely, you don't own a cellphone on a Japanese data plan.
Zach from WellPlayed writes about how Capcom's recent Resident Evil multiplayer failings should make the company bring back Resident Evil Outbreak.
Yes. Either a remake like re2 remake. Or something original with the outbreak name. I've been playing hunt showdown, and I would love something like that but with a resident evil coat of paint..
The time was right back when they started adding MP to the mainline entries. Hell, I have no idea why they won’t! I mean, instead we get bs like Umbrella Corps and RE:Verse… whoever is in charge of MP games over at Capcom must be stuck on stupid.
If Capcom remade Outbreak it would most likely be free to play filled with MT’s. Just leave it dead.
Back in 2000, Capcom released Resident Evil: Survivor, a first person light-gun game for PlayStation One. GameSpew revisits the first ever Resident Evil game to be presented in first person.
WGTC’s Staff writer Josh Heath waxes philosophical about the spiritual Resident Evil: Outbreak successor, the newly-announced Project Resistance.
Nothing this seems more in the vein of Operation Raccoon City so I'll be ignoring this one completely.
Resident Evil 7 will be a kart racer.
Wait Resident Evil Outbreak plays noting like Resident Evil games? There both one of my favourite Resident Evil titles.
