The guys of Gaming Boulevard played A Boy and his Blob on Xbox One and compared it to the original on Wii.

Not sure I cared for that way that comparison was laid out. Ultimately it looks like the game is all there and running better as in faster load times on Xbox One and possibly sharper but wasn't something I can say definitely based on youtube.
edit: that said, I am glad to see the game getting on to other platforms.
Wow, a game that can run probably on my Xbox 360 looks just as good on Wii U vs. Xbox One.
