Casual Review: Elven Mists 2

Casual: "Elven Mists 2 is as magical and dainty as its name. You are a young elven lad (young in elvish terms is 99 years old), about to take the role as Awakener of the Elves. For the elves have been sleeping in their petals, which are flowers scattered across a game board. Your job is to awaken the elves by placing Tetris-like puzzle pieces on the board, creating same-colored paths to collect these petals. It's a play on the simple "inlay" mechanic - think of Pipe Dream and making a path between two things, and you're on the right track. But unlike other inlay games that can get frantic and stressful, Elven Mists 2 is pretty lenient and relaxing."

In the sequel to Intenium's brainteaser Elven Mists, the old Awakener of the Elves has retired after 750 years of faithful service and nominates you as his successor. But since you're only 99 years old, you'll have to convince the dwellers of the mystical kingdom of Deru that you're qualified to reawaken the Elves, who have been hibernating in their flower beds.
