I got in BETA and ended buying the highest package. I been playing MMOs since Ultima Online and this has that old school feel.

Nothing Betas Sandbox MMOs. I just went and exploring. I was only lvl 17 after beta but I had so much fun just exploring.

Was there any open world PvP? Any form of PvP at all?

il-JumperMT3047d ago (Edited 3047d ago )

PvP Unlocks at lvl 30, but you can be in Guild vs Guild. If you are in a guild and the guild declares war on enemy guild you can kill on sight with no penality and level requirement.

You can become outlaw and npcs will start attackinngn you if you kill too mmany innocent players.

the game is mostly built around open world PVP from what I've seen - for the first beta (CB1) you could PVP once you hit lvl 20 but for the full game I'm not sure if they have made a final decision on what lvl it starts.

I'm shocked it's coming to the Xbox consoles, just seems a waste or money and time for little in return.

Well, you shouldn't. Black Desert is already available on the Xbox One, and thanks to Microsoft's streamlined game SKU management, it's highly probable that the developers simply have to press a button to make it a native port. The one that will need more time and money is the Playstation version, that will likely need a completely new SKU for the native version to work.

sounds like advertisement haha.

@gold_drake

Only the reality, unfortunately. Sony did an excellent job on the PS5 software, but they didn't put the same effort into the PSN. The way the system handles licenses is terrible.

😂 it's been on the Xbox for a good while now

I heard this game is a pop-in simulator.
