This is called "Cancelled Preview", this is were we look back at games cancelled on the Xbox 360 and/or PLAYSTATION 3 and speak about what they could have been. For our first article, we will be looking at Namco's 2005-cancelled Frame City Killer for the Xbox 360.
Frame City Killer takes place in a futuristic Asian city called Frame City, where a visualization tool is created allowing realistic images to be used throughout the globe. Khan, leader of a terrorist group, uses this device along with Visual Acid in order to shock people to death. crow is the man who you play, he is a hitman part of the SOU special forces who is hired to stop Khan and his terrorist group."
In the first Vacated Videogames, nuGame looks at the cancelled Xbox 360 game, Frame City Killer.
Was really looking forward to this as a launch title for then next gen gaming. But it wasn't meant to be. I was hoping another publisher would pick up the mantle, but it was obviously plagued with problems. At least there's Yakuza.

some games might be cancelled but the last garduian is not and i think that also agent is still in dev and i hope they take a switch to ps4
I think its more they are going through development hell rather than cancel.
Most games that go through development hell tend to amass a hefty budget. That only result the game needing to sell more copies in order to make an profit.
or maybe the companies are not making these games their main development and making a small amount of people work on it
The Last Guardian will see light of day on the PS4 you can COUNT ON IT!
Frame City Killer = DEAD along with Namco
Sadness = WiiU will arrive but by the name Last Flight and by another Dev team.
The Outsider = No one cares because the Dev team is working on a Much more important game Elite:Dangerous which will go toe to toe with StarCitizen. ANyway The Outsider may see light of day on the XB1/PS4/PC but ONLY AFTER Elite:Dangerous!
Agent = will see light of Day as a PS4 Exclusive now that Metal Gear Solid is multiplat Sony wants another Exclusive Stealth game and Agent will fill that void.
One problem though, Rockstar North is very busy. They got GTAV PC and DLC to do plus Red Dead Redemption 2, maybe Bully 3, plus L.A. Noire 2 and GTAVI. Yes i know other Rockstar studios are the leads in some of these games but Rockstar North are the GO TO GUYS.
Agent went from PS3 exclusive to PS3/X360 game back to PS3 Exclusive to NO way a Dev team would waste time trying to pump out a PS3 game with PS4 on the shelf.
Other Games: Prey 2 - still in Development most likely will see XB1/PS4
STALKER 2 OMG if Sergie wasn't such an idiot people would work for him but as is STALKER 2 has no funds and no Dev team. Get those two things and we may see the ZONE again. Other than that Survarium made by the Original STALKER team is the next best thing.
The Last Guardian and Agent are coming. THEY HAVE TO....they have to. Lol I'm blindly speculating: VGAs or E3.

Destructoid: Just because a videogame has been announced (and sometimes millions of dollars dumped into them), that's no guarantee they'll see the fluorescent lights of your favorite retailer.
Today, Capcom announced it had pulled the plug on Mega Man Universe. While fans of the Blue Bomber shed a tear, we're sitting around the office shrugging indifferently. Based on what we had played, we weren't sold on the idea anyhow: LittleBigPlanet meets Mega Man with silly graphics and sluggish controls? We'll pass, thanks.
While we're always saddened to hear that game cancelations and job cuts sometimes go hand-in-hand, there are definitely a few games that we're happy to live without. Here are ten games that we'll sleep well knowing we'll never have to play.
agree 100% when i saw the trailer for Harold Wake it was not so good, i expected it to be using the unreal engine Epic showed a lil time ago, :/

I didn't really follow anything about Wake for quite a while. It sounded like if it was real, it was one of those things that got tossed around for like a week before getting dropped altogether. That and it seemed weird to throw a joke entry into the middle of a real list.
This is Vegas is a great concept, wish someone could pull something like that off.
Wish Shenmue 3 would make an appearance on 360/PS3. I was kinda stoked about This is Vegas shame it got cancelled. But who the hell wants to play a game about John and Kate plus 8 the show is stupid.

it always makes me heart broken no matter would i play the game or not :D
Man this game was one of the reasons I got a 360 (and Dead Rising) and it got cancelled, I was sad.
