The remainder of Club Nintendo, which is still active in Europe, Australia, and Japan, shuts down tomorrow, September 30. Stars and points not used before that date will expire.

Redeem physical copies of Switch games for My Nintendo points on the homescreen

It's pretty easy, . Club Nintendo was pretty much the best. You'd pop open that new game case, and other than the new game smell, you'd get a cool little Club Nintendo insert to redeem for points.

Finally a step in the correct direction with this program. I still think that it was developed mainly with the Switch in mind, so when that releases it'll get a major update.

I hope they get rid of the time limit on coins. I just logged on to find that over 500 silver coins had expired. Stupid.

Getting a sweet Mario cap with picking up a treasure trove of DS games was so awesome. Nintendo had a good thing going but the last couple of years have been left wanting.

The author made a good point. Perhaps the NX and a renewed focus on connecting with gamers might rekindle the magic.
