Mega Man 3, one of the greatest games ever, is 25 years old today

Mega Man 3, which originally came out for the Nintendo Famicom in Japan on September 28, 1990 (before hitting the U.S. on the Nintendo Entertainment System that November), is 25 years old today. It was a big hit for publisher Capcom, selling over 1 million copies.

This was the only actual Mega Man game I owned, although I had played 1,2,3,4 back in the early 90's.

I loved this game even though I couldn't beat it without Game Genie.

The weapon charge and slide mechanic in 3 just hurt the game in my opinion. MM2 is the best.

But yes, Mega Man 2 is still the best Mega Man to this day.
