Diablo III's New Hardest Difficulty Looks Brutal

Kotaku:

"Diablo III’s latest patch is now live, and among other things, it introduced four new difficulty levels to the game. While Torment VI wasn’t that tough, the new hardest setting, Torment X, when played properly, makes the game look like a bullet hell shmup instead of a hack and slash RPG."

Such a great game and they keep adding to it, for free if you can imagine that...

Looks brutal until you realize that everyone just has modded gear that does ungodly amounts of damage and ruins the game.

"everyone"? No.

I finished Grift 57 (PS4), and T10 Rifts is a cake walk. No modded gear, not a single piece. Don't generalize a whole community.

I play solo or with 1 other friend to avoid the cancerous modders. There are allot of people out there that are "legit".

Thank you Cut for understanding what I was trying to say. It didn't seem hard to me but I guess it is. When I was playing it on PS4 you couldn't get a random group without some dude running completely crazy mods. It ruined the game for me. I play Dragon Age Multiplayer now.

Go on Blizzard forums > look for threads that are asking for "Legit" players > add people to friend list > Play with legit PS4 players.

Cyberpunk and No Man's Sky have to be up there. We're lucky and cursed, equally, to have games that can be updated now. For folks old enough to remember the Sega/SNES into PS1 and even 2 eras, if a game came out that was half baked (*cough*Angel of Darkness*cough*) that was it, no redemption. At the same time, having the option for updates shouldn't be an excuse for half assing games.

I remember when the Nintendo Seal of Approval meant something.

All those games had to release without bugs.

Comebacks shouldnt be a thing in videogames. Just saying.

Diablo III - Still a Huge Draw in the Face of Diablo IV

Diablo III still works on modern PlayStation and Xbox consoles, and remains hugely playable a decade after initial release.

Palitera412d ago

Are you comparing a continuously improved 10+ years old masterpiece with the... beta of an unreleased game?

kevco33412d ago

Heh, yeah. There's no comparison in here! Its a commentary on how III is still very playable over a decade later.

Diablo III: Season 28 brings with it the Altar of Rites, an altar full of unlockable bonuses and potions that will require the gathering of tons of resources.
