This is hands-down Microsoft's best indie title right now.

It's the only indie game that screams "PLAY ME!!!" instead of just "oh, that's cool!". I'm wishful that this was available on PSN, but I'm happy that Xbox owners can enjoy such a well done platformer with an amazingly accurate 1920's art style. This type of animation is amongst my favorites; I love watching those old cartoons that feature fluid, wavy, bouncy characters and whimsical vibes.

Artstyle is an 11/10 but this looks really difficult. That is kind of scary. Would love to see this artstyle used for a platforming game in the future.

I'm not on Xbox, but ever since I saw the game I found it stunning. That art style has some serious nostalgia attached to it for me, and I think it's amazing that we(well some of us :) get to play games that look like childhood cartoons come to life. Absolutely fantastic.

While I appreciate your friendliness, I'm just sharing my opinion. Though I do typically keep negative ones to myself(unless it's something people are uniting against or something similar).
This game is towards the top of my list of reasons to own both consoles this go around.
So excited to see what's coming, in regards to games. We really live in an amazing time for games. Anything you like, you can have. Games you dreamt of as an eight year old are actually happening, and it's pretty incredible.

The art style of this game is absolutely stunning, and unique. A bit surprised it seems to be a boss-heavy bullet hell/Contra game, though. Was expecting more of sidescrolling brawler, for whatever reason.

I feel like once you're shooting projectiles, and your enemy is, it seems to be irrelevant what you look like. It's not like your short arms or their long ones are giving you an advantage/disadvantage, for instance. But perhaps this is just a slice of the game.
