If Warcraft 4 is made, it seems like it would be one of those long, long gestating Blizzard projects that we’ll be lucky to see in the next decade. A fully-functional RTS any sooner would indeed be something of a miracle, given the current climate both at Blizzard and the gaming industry as a whole.
Blizzard Entertainment senior producer Pete Stilwell in an interview with GameSpot revealed there are currently no plans to develop Warcraft IV.
Im sure they were gonna pull a "Warcraft Immortal-like" for mobile but after seeing the backlash Diablo received, they changed their mind

"At Blizzcon this weekend Blizzard announced that the next chapter for the Starcraft story will be a series of episodic adventures due out next year, but what about the next entry in the developer's other big RTS franchise, Warcraft? Earlier this year, Blizzard said in an interview that Starcraft 3 or Warcraft 4 could still happen. But as Starcraft II lead developer Tim Morten clarified in an interview with GameSpot this weekend, that largely depends on what the series' fans say they want."
I would love a Warcraft 4...Warcraft 3 was by far one of the best stories I've experienced.
I would like to see a real Warcraft game next. Plus I'd also like to see Blizzard work with either Telltale or Dontnod to bring out a game for Starcraft or Warcraft.
Blizzard games take time. I still play warcraft 3 to this day. Imo 12 years on its still one of the best RTS games out there.
Warcraft 4 is way overdue and needs to be the next Blizzard game
It wont happen. Blizzard has an RTS series, a MOBA series, a top-down dungeon crawler series, an MMO series, and soon an FPS series. This structure is clearly here to stay.
Warcraft is my favorite series from Blizzard. its a shame i will be in my so old by the time i see a new RTS.
