Why Rockstar Needs to Make Bully 2

"Grand Theft Auto V was an incredible game and Rockstar are some of the most talented developers around. It’s not unusual for them to be very quiet about what they are working on, but I really hope that we hear something soon about what they might be working on next. Agreed. Bully 2 just writes itself! College, keg parties, cyber bullying, building social media links (ala S.Links persona lol) beer pong mini game.

Turns out Bully 2 is just GTA, that kid grows up to be a huge criminal.

I mean....or both. I'm not really sure why many write articles on subjects they don't really fully know.

To write about Bully 2 and to state they might do Red Dead 3 doesn't really make much sense if you consider both games where made by 2 different teams.

Bully was made by Rockstar Vancouver

Red Dead Redemption was made by Rockstar San Diego as clearly Red Dead Revolver was made by the very same team that did its sequel Redemption.

Knowing this helps greatly, its not a either or, they can do both, they did do both, they are separate teams.

That is like saying we might not get FFXVI because Square announced DQXI or KHIII completely disregarding that they are separate teams.

Rockstar is not 1 team.

A better question is, will Rockstar Vancouver (now Toronto) do Bully 2 or continue its success with Max Payne now that Rockstar owns the IP?

Max Payne 3 did pretty good under Rockstar vs Remedy (though I favor Remedy's Max Payne, Rockstar did a great job)

With the team merging with Toronto's team, who knows, we could get both a Bully 2 and Max Payne 4 from them as they could just split teams on 2 projects.

edit. Max Payne 3 did really good too, 3 million in 1 week is just amazing! (I was one of those 3 million too lol, pre-ordered and everything)

Bully is not going to happen. Rockstar is far past making those type of games. They make some of the best games ever, and do you think they are seriously gonna go back in their amazing talent to make a game like Bully? Its not gonna happen, next game from them either going to be Red Dead or another GTA (Wouldn't surprise me after knowing how extremely well GTA 5 did, but mostly will be red dead).

I don't think it would be as big if it came out now versus in a few years...I'd rather Rockstar produce something new or a sequel for RDR.
