Battleship is a game that is nearly 50 years old and has remained a staple among board games for decades. Navy Commander brings the thrilling two player guessing game to the 3DS eShop in hopes of creating a portable version to play on the go. While lacking any physical pieces is the intent, it is also the downfall of this title, as it lacks the original charm of the actual board game.
BigBen Interactive have revealed a second new game of today, following in the heels of Jet Dog, we now have Navy Commander for the Nintendo 3DS. Navy Commander is, as the name suggests a navy battle game similar in vain to Hasbro’s Battleship. The objective is to destroy the enemy fleet before it destroys you. There are a total of five difficulty levels as you fight against a computer-controlled enemy force. The levels have changeable rules, including increasing or decreasing the size of the battle grid. There may also be secret weapons available!
