Was looking forward to this, but gears of war 3 MP looks better than this (apart from the FPS/Resolution. The gore is almost missing in this MP, no blood effects. Very disappointing.

I'm a huge gears fan, but this does not tempt me.

Just the first one unfortunately. However, the single player portion of Gears of War has seen a fantastic visual upgrade and the multiplayer has been cranked up to 60fps.
As a Gears fan, the ultimate edition is a day one purchase for me.

Yeah, just the original gears of war with 18 multiplayer maps and 5 extra chapters in single player apparently.

This is how a remaster is done, God of War 3 remaster is just upscaled to 1080p 60fps but the game did look good.

God of war 3 was stunning even on ps3 tho, it really didnt needed to be remade i think. GoW does look dated even compare to some games coming at end of 7th gen.

Yes they'll probably be among the first 100 in Fall since the only obstacle for Microsoft is getting permission from the publisher, and they published all Gears.

I had fun last night but not a fan of Warzone (or TDM to be honest--at least not in my Gears). I'm looking forward to King of the Hill and especially Execution though.

It felt like Gears but I'm out of practice as after the first I played the others some but never as much or as long as the original. I really need to get used to the pistol more as I played with it a ton and just doesn't feel right for some reason yet. What I want most though is Boltok as last night had no weapon swaps whatsoever. Hammerburst isn't the same :(

Beta beggars can't be choosers though so looking forward to the full game even more for custom games with even less power weapons (we usually didnt use boom and hammer was always switched out).

Looks like a solid remake. Looks good but Gears unfortunately isn't for me..simply can't identify with these dude-bro characters. Gears 4 looks promising though.

It's a really odd one this. Doesn't make any sense to me that they would only "remaster" 1 of them.

I'm assuming this is Beta footage to as although it looks awesome in 60fps. The graphics & lighting look worse than the original currently.
