Eurogamer: "Square Enix has refused to comment on "rumour and speculation" that Final Fantasy VII is heading to PS3 in a revised format."
"The site [PlaystationLifestyle] also says to expect a separate port of the original FFVII to appear on PSN in 2008, which echoes other unsubstantiated claims from earlier in the year."
Game Rant sits down with developers from Blackbird Interactive to talk about how Homeworld 3 looked to the franchise's main selling points.
GB: "Resident Evil Village is three years old now, and looking back, it’s still a game that fills me with immense joy."
Tripwire Interactive's Killing Floor debuted 15 years ago, birthing a critically acclaimed series and a new publishing arm.
Good call on that side by Eurogamer. Its about time someone called that sh!tty site on their Pullfromtheir@zz rumors. Pfft, everyone is an insider now adays. That site picks up rumors from forums and make news out of it and then call it a day.
refused to comment usually means its actually coming. We know it is, dont we?
to be honest i had just taken it for granted it was coming, but is there any evidence to say it is?
Like "We will meet again in Final Fantasy VII" in Japanese Limited Edition of Crisis Core and the ending of Crisis Core
Ah, we've moved up a catagory.
First it's: "No, we don't have any plans."
Now its: "We don't comment on rumor and speculation."
Which usually means, and has meant in the past, that they are waiting to announce something along those lines. Hell, didn't the Bioshock devs actually tell people to "Stop asking for a PS3 version because it isn't coming" almost months before the PS3 version was announced?
I mean, really, anything can happen.
