This wheel Im very exited about when GT7 hits..

I have G27 and GT6 now and Im very happy with that setup! (still disappointed about G25 and G27 support problem..) and also Im disappointed with that G29 will not work on PC (hope its not true!)

I think the announcement of this wheel is an indicator that gran turismo 7 will be out soon. I cant wait to have the g29 wheel and gt7 whenever they are out

I knew logitech would come back when they learned their older wheels didn't work on current gen consoles haha. But this price is really good if true.

So true. After all these years of PD themselves having to add Logitech steering wheel compatibility to GT games because of those fools not supporting their wheels for games anymore, they KNEW people would HAVE to go with the official Thrustmaster wheels or Fanatec products.

Still not belt driven, that's a bit disappointing for a modern racing wheel.

dennigo3263d ago

well i'm not buying it you need to support my wheels not bring out new ones, sharks

Dee_913263d ago

not logitech doing, its sony and msft. Its "security measures".

SolidStoner3262d ago

Im quite sure it was logitech fault not making G25 and G27 future proof.. and they stopped updating it on everything, including PC..

there is some sony fault for not making sure everything worked like on PS3.. they should make PS4 security and USB same as ps3 just for everything to work like it was on ps3!

Me-Time3263d ago

I'm not a serious sim racer/driver so this is perfect for me. Hopefully the shifter will cost 100 USD maximum.

MelonFarmer3262d ago

Does this mean the g27 will never work on ps4? They can F' off if they think Im buying the new g29 just to use on ps4 when my g27 works fine. And all because they have dollar signs flashing in their eyes and they see the ps4 consumers as an easy cash grab. This g29 is barely even upgraded.

Logitech G502 X Plus Review

John writes, "Coming in at $159.99, G502 X Plus is certainly an expensive mouse. Is it a good upgrade if you already have the G502 Lightspeed? I would say probably not unless your old mouse has been worn down through extensive use. The G502 X Plus does offer outstanding performance, and the switches are top notch. I absolutely love the switches on the G502 X Plus and I really hope they perform well over time. I’m also not a big RGB person, but if you want lights on your mouse, it does look bright and consistent; it’s just too bad that it sucks so much battery life when in use. It covers a lot more area than the G that was glowing in the previous mouse, but again it’s covered up when you are using the mouse in your hand. A refinement in design over the G502 Lightspeed, the G502 X Plus is a great feeling gaming mouse that continues the great design of the G502 line, but you could save some cost by picking up the G502 X Lightspeed version to bypass the RGB lightstrip as well as save a little weight."

I have the logitech G Pro mouse and G715 keyboard and they’re both great but they’re just soo noisy! Despite how good they are I’d go for something silent next time.

Any ideas how quiet this mouse is?
