Replies(1)Sega hasn’t said if they will bring Shining Resonance to the West, but they worked with Sony Computer Entertainment to localize it in another language – Chinese. Shining Resonance with traditional Chinese text is out in Asia now and can be purchased with a PlayStation Network account registered in Taiwan.
Hopefully Sony will work with Sega to bring Shenmue 3 or a Shenmue HD remake. Hope this game comes to North America
Sony's looking at potential sales which would likely be far greater in the China than the US.
Meaning, unless there are HK English releases for import, we might not ever see another JRPG again. Not on a major console anyway.
