IGN had the opportunity yesterday to sit down with flOwer, the next surreal title from thatgamecompany and enjoy some hands-on time with two of the first levels or "scenes." Today, IGN was able to sit in on a meeting presented by Jenova Chen, Co-Founder and Creative Director at thatgamecompany. Chen went over a few details with the group that he discussed with IGN yesterday, but the real highlight of the presentation was seeing the third scene of flOwer, which was unavailable during IGN's play session.

Its “story”, if you can call it that, is far from deep and thought-provoking as some say it is, its duration is borderline insulting for its asking price, and it just doesn’t motivate you to replay it after you’re done with its half a dozen levels. Sadly, Flower isn’t as meaty as it should be. A fair point in a way, given it’s a game about plants…"
