Okay, so we at Xbox Culture love getting free stuff as much as anyone else, so when it was announced that there would be TWO free games for Xbox users with gold accounts, well I was a very happy guy. Pool Nation FX came alongside Child Of Light with this months Games With Gold.
Now when I think of playing pool it's usually at a pub, or a bar, after having a few beers, thinking I'm a pro (which is usually never the case). When I saw that it was a free game this month, it never really attracted me.

COG writes: Pool Nation FX has arrived on Steam and includes a F2P version where you can play online 8 Ball pool until your eyes pop out of your head. Technical limitations aside, this is one hell of a pool game.
I'm with you... have a hard time thinking of a more boring genre than this!
Looks gorgeous at least. Still, I'd rather just go play a game at a bar or something.
Hardcore Gamer: Pool Nation FX first made its way to PC thanks to Steam’s Early Access program. Today, it has graduated out of Early Access and is now offered as Pool Nation FX Lite — a free to play title.
