Ubisoft Singapore have released the Patch Notes for Ghost Recon: Phantoms v1.3.5, ahead of the release of the patch itself, which will happen next week as a standard client download and via Steam. Patch 1.3.5 is expected to be approximately 50MB via the standard client and approximately 500MB via Steam.
Maintenance on the servers for Patch 1.3.5 will start on Wednesday 1st April 2015, between 4:00 AM GMT / 5:00 AM CET (Tuesday 31st March 2015 between 8:00 PM PST / 11:00 PM EST) and 2:20 AM PST / 5:20 AM EST / 10:20 AM GMT / 11:20 AM CET, so during these times, login to Ghost Recon: Phantoms and site may be unavailable.
Patch 1.3.5 will come with an aggressive campaign against lag and latency, as well as fixes against exploits, such as On Pop-Shooting and Twitching, and five new beta maps along with updates to seven other maps.
Ubisoft's cutting ties with two of its free-to-play titles that weren't as successful as it had hoped. Later this year, the servers for both Ghost Recon Phantoms and The Mighty Quest for Epic Loot will be permanently shut down.

Ubisoft Singapore have announced the Easter Egg Hunt for Ghost Recon: Phantoms, which will run for this weekend.
The description says that the Ghosts have "discovered that the Phantoms are staging a diabolical Egg Hunt", and that they are "using eggs to hide portions of a requisition code which was stolen from the Athena Armory and is redeemable there." The Ghosts find it "unacceptable" that they were excluded from this event, but they "don't know where the eggs are hidden, or the final sequence", so they have to find the eggs that were stolen by the Phantoms and then they get to "keep the prize".
Ubisoft Singapore did say that to make it fun for everyone, they are asking players to not share the coupon with others, as they will delete all posts and comments spoiling the coupon code, but you can share hints about the location of the codes.
