The three-man development team have released a new patch for their PC racing simulation game Live for Speed.
The 0.6G3 patch addresses many small issues and fixes bugs that include shadows and objects.
Live for Speed is a masterful sim based on solid driving physics. First released publicly in 2002, we ask the question: is it still relevant?
I am online way to much to have not heard about this game in 20 years....ridge racer, daytona usa, midnight club, need for speed, GT...etc. I even remember capcom's Auto modelista. I honestly thought someone misspelled need for speed here...so i think it isn't relevant?

It was 'the' racing simulator before racing sims became a thing. Basically back when the only people using sim setups were motorsport nuts and not really gamers.
The 2005 Xbox 360 version of Most Wanted is the best in the series in my opinion, the Rally Edition for PS1 was awesome too.

VRFocus - Online racing simulator Live for Speed, which has supported the Oculus Rift virtual reality (VR) head-mounted display (HMD) since last year has received its latest patch. The new patch 0.6J2 doesn't feature any new content but does add support for Valve and HTC's, Vive headset as well as fixes and improvements.
