Once again, Nintendo has managed to shroud themselves in secrecy for this year's E3, leaving us all to guess their plans. The latest issue of NGamer, however, promises that Disaster: Day of Crisis will be at E3. And playable. There has not been too much information on the game as of late, the most of which only reported a delay in the Japanese release date. Since then, no new launch date has been scheduled and Disaster seemed to be heading for the vaults. But, if Nintendo does indeed have Disaster playable, this game - in addition to the the possibilities of Kid Icarus, Animal Crossing, Pikmin 3, and perhaps a new Zelda title - Nintendo will have a great E3 showing.
Alex S. from Link Cable Gaming writes: "..Nintendo revealed that they are fully localizing the original Famicom title, Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon & The Blade of Light and releasing it on the Switch eShop. This got us thinking – what other games could Nintendo localize for the first time and take out of the vault? Well here’s our list of the top 10 games Nintendo should localize."
Nintendo has registered new trademarks in Japan for multiple games including Elite Beat Agents, Rhythm Heaven, and Disaster: Day of Crisis. The trademarks made recently include their other famous IPs Super Mario, Mario Bros., Yoshi’s Crafted World and Kirby’s Epic Yarn as well.
Sid writes: "It’s been a little over a year since the Nintendo Switch launched, and it’s still going strong in terms of game announcements and sales. With that in mind, we’ve made a list of some Nintendo franchisees that have been off the radar for quite a while and would love to see make a comeback for Nintendo’s newest system."
This game looks like Balls, man! I should have known it was for the wii. WOW! And why does everyone have cookie cutter lead characters nowdays?
They all look the same.
I think it's time to start using past video game stars in new games. For instance, a company could hire Cloud to play in their next game, like a director would do in Hollywood.
Imagine this if you would.
Metal Gear Solid 5 starring Master chief! things like that. Movies do it. How many movies have you seen with Tom Cruise in it? The game industry should be no different. Everything should be put into open source and able to be leased from "said" company.
that way we don't have to suffer from bland characters like the one in Infamous. Keep the storys and names and all that the same just use a preexisting character.
Makes sense to me.
It better be
do you even like video games?
you have been here for barely a month and already 89 peoples are ignoring you, thats just Wow. Well i usually hate this frase but "get a life", if 89 people are ignoring you in barely a month you have to be on this site alot really really alot...
ohhh and make those 89 people 90..
Cheers!!
this game (from the like 3 seconds of footage I saw) looks a bit like Winback: Covert Operations? for the 64, anybody remember that game, it was pretty amazing for its time, full cover system, sharp graphics, good sound, awesome boss fights, extremely challenging but not frustrating, yep this game better be M or else I don't think it could reach what I wanted in my head, sigh, but since it's first party Ninty I doubt it seeing as their only M game was Conker's Bad Fur Day, this game will be okay, but it better not be an arcade shooter, I want to actually have to take cover and not have a billion health, also, make surviving the events really cool Ninty, don't just make it completely linear with no options except the ones the developers force feed to you.
