One of my favorite games on the GC.

Plus, the DS version added a lot of enhancements in my opinion. I can't wait for this game.

and it felt a little like harvest moon. I like the harvest moon series well the gba one and the really old ones anyway.

Two there is a rumour that's posted on gonintendo from a website that says this is a wiiware title. Nintendo can't possibly fit the game onto wiiware size limits so it either means nintendo has something up their sleeve regarding storage and downloads or the rumour is bullcrap.

If anyone could truly explain what the game's appeal and its flaws are i would love to know rather than the endless review nonsense.

It's a very easy casual game. You start out with a small house and a 20k bill for it that you owe to Tom Nook. You run around getting to know your neighbors, and doing errands for them to pay off your house. Can also go fishing or planting fruit trees. Later on you can buy upgrades for your house making it bigger and every day Tom nook has different items for sale. There are a ton of matching sets in the game, but you cant just buy them all at once. you have to collect them over time and some are only available on certain days of the year.Every month they have some type of event going on during certain days. You'll get a free gift around Christmas, fireworks on the 4th I think, fishing contests in Spring and things like that. In a way it is similar to Pokemon, except the stuff you are throwing out is furniture and not animals. You could also collect classic Nintendo games to play in your house. That and the fishing was all I ever got into but my girl loved it.

seriously... casual games suck... but Animal Crossing games have enough charm, content and innovation to keep you coming back... come on play by the rules and see everything then you have a year long game at least...

I wish we could unlock the Nintendo games like in the CG version. But knowing that we can buy VC games online, I doubt it will happen.

That was a great feature in Animal Crossing.
