Its a no brainer if you haven't bought the past versions. For everyone else its selling for 40 for the complete package and free if you want to buy the core fighters a la carte. All around a great buy however you would like to purchase :)

Yeah to be honest DOA 5 is huge cash grab. Four different versions plus some character dlc and I dunno 500-600 costumes dlc. If you wanted to have complete game will every dlc that would cost you about $500 or even more. Unless they've packed in every single dlc,DOA5 Last Round is ABSOLUTELY no worth it.

they are using dlc to get you to spend more money, but the core game is there, the costumes are only aesthetic, you can pay a minimal amount and get the extra fighters if you want. So i'm good with this, i like buying some of the costumes, if you don't, just play the game without them and download the free dlc so you can at least see the costumes on opponents

DOA and Ninja Gaiden ended for me once Tomonobu Itagaki the backbone of Team Ninja left Tecmo... this is the 4th game in DOA5 series a bunch of shits and giggles.

I already have DOA5U for the XBox 360, so no need to get this version. I'll wait for DOA6 or a new Ninja Gaiden game.

DOA5U has the same characters. Only difference is it now includes all the costumes and small extras. Nothing that's really worth paying another $60 for. Better just to wait for the price to go cheap if you already own DOA5U. I did get DOA5U digitally for a cheap price. Think it was like $15, but normally cost $39.99. It's well worth $15. Game is still awesome.

I"ll be buying this, i want to have the most complete version i can, plus the visual upgrade is nice and being able to utilize features of the new consoles. If you don't want the new costumes, don't buy them, its pretty simple. I prefer the option to download what dlc i'm interested in.
