They really put a lot of effort into making this a full on proper remake/remaster. So much more little details that one would have missed when playing the original GC version.

Yes you are right. However It seems that the frame rate has been reduced from 60fps to 30fps.

So in effect, we are

i) paying more for 20 year old game (60$/euros) than its original release
ii) which is a remaster (not a remake)
iii) and with half the frame rate

which is a shame really.
