In this Watch Dogs gameplay glitch video you will see a very cautious player almost be taught a lesson by the games AI. While the player who recorded this Watch Dogs gameplay video stated that this part of the game was one of the hardest parts for them to complete, they admitted to finding out that multiple enemies acquired the skill of somehow high jumping to the roof.

Wish the player would have caught more of them trough the recording. This is a glitch that Im sure we have all experienced to some degree on many different games. Watch Dogs was full of glitches just like this for me.
